Historic tax credits helped fund the sophisticated and innovative lofts in the heart of one of North Carolina’s fastest growing cities. Residents experience a bucket list of amenities, including a seasonal saltwater pool, an outdoor theater and bistro, fire pits, a pet washing spa, an indoor basketball court, a 24-hour fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. Plant 64 is a community within a community as it also boasts approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space for added convenience.
